Bo Grave began his career as a self-proclaimed data nerd—a PhD researcher focused on developing safety-critical, data-driven software systems for railway signaling. From those early technical roots, he has built a career at the intersection of engineering, business, and innovation.
Over more than 20 years, Bo has progressed through roles as a software developer, project manager, head of department, and director, giving him a unique, end-to-end perspective on how to turn digital potential into real business impact. His journey has taken him from hands-on coding and complex systems architecture to leading highperforming teams and driving enterprise-wide
innovation strategies.

He has helped professional services firms such as Atkins, LE34, and Ramboll rethink how they deliver value in a digital world—by embracing opportunities in digital standardization, automation, delivery optimization, and new digital business models.
